Administrator Role

The first person that signs up the organization becomes the "Administrator" of the organization.

The Administrator has full access to the functions of the platform and can visualize any transaction happening within the organization. In particular, the Administrator can:

  • fill in all the basic company data to set the organization on the platform
  • customize the application to fit the needs of the company (example workflow)
  • manage the users of the organization and the roles attributed to each user
  • set up the product portfolio that filters the incoming RFQs

The email and the password used to sign up the organization (Administrator credentials) shall be protected to prevent unauthorized access to the organization. 

The Administrator shall also provide training to internal users and interact with our support team in case of help tickets of requests for integrations / ad-hoc developments.
